Totally Motivated?

So many people want to finish and accomplish tasks, yet they lack the motivational instincts to get the job done effectively. There are two different reasons why people around the world need drive and inspiration.

Reason one: If you are working at home, you have no boss or workmates to motivate you.

Reason two: You don't have anybody to motivate yourself you but you if you are your own boss.

No matter how tough or difficult it is to reach an objective, you could have all the power in your hands when you finally come to realize and understand how to effectively motivate yourself. You will not get too far in your life or even come closer to your destiny if you do not know how to utilize self motivation to its fullest potential. One example of this is--you have a particular career such as being a nurse. It all really starts with motivation of oneself when you truly want to attain a goal through all your exerted efforts. In the end, it will all be up to you to search and look for those ways to use self motivation in order to accomplish that desired goal in your mind.

You really need to be sure and update and educate yourself on ways to apply self motivation for your best interests and use it to your utmost advantage. You could try having a cause or a big dream. Find out what really works for you best that could prove beneficial.  In the end, no matter what ways or methods you want to educate yourself, you just have to be sure that you become as inspired and self motivated as you really could.

You would have a much increased level of possibilities in attaining success in all areas of your daily life most especially if you work at home if you effectively incorporate and integrate self motivation.

Selling in Tough Times

Selling in tough times is like finding your foothold on a slippery surface. But unless you keep wading through, slowly and cautiously, how you will reach the goal? Many sales people and businesses have actually thrived in tough times. It is common knowledge that many great companies were founded and earned fame during recessions. Coors, Wrigley, IBM, UPS, GM, Herman Miller, Disney, Zippo, Hewlett Packard, Toys "R" Us, Domino’s Pizza, Super 8, Microsoft, Symantec, Nantucket Allserve, Wikipedia, and Newegg are some of the famous companies that were established during recessive periods and flourished during those periods. There are many small and medium sized organizations, which are not so famous, did start during recessions and prospered during the tough times. So what’s your excuse?

Look to your left, and now to your right

Look to your left, and now to your right. See any superstars? Are you the exception? Probably not, so accept that and stop fighting with yourself about not succeeding. In order to be that superstar you must do something different. As a practical matter, you need to start cold calling to grow your client base.

I have noticed the ongoing dialectic that asserts opposition to cold calling: "Cold calling doesn't work!" As long as that is your opinion, it will not work for you. Cold calling is very effective.

How can that be? Cold calling works shepherdfamilyvalues and for so many other people, who know how to work the process and steady their minds for it. It fails for those that do not master the mechanics of cold calling and that riddle themselves with doubt about not succeeding.

Shepherd Family Values have made many commission checks from deals that started with a single cold call. The potential is limitless, providing you can simply dedicate yourself to the task. Write a script, have your objections, and make the call. Remember do not take it personally when they are not interested. Someone somewhere wants what you have. Pick up the phone and dial another number.

As F. Scott Fitzgerald said: "The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time, and still retain the ability to function." Most folks shut down when they see a crossroads, a contradiction of any kind. Either-Or is the only apparent choice. Seldom do they consider two simple additions: Neither and Both. Why not be scare and do it anyway. Pick up the cell and make the call!

It takes a certain kind of intelligence to appreciate how dumb we are, or at least how dumb we act. Do not try to outsmart cold calling it is a process. Just do it.

Stay tune in!

In the face of fear, or naysayers, or external pressures go after your desire and dream. So often, we experience a wish or a desire or a dream and then we shut ourselves off from it. We tell ourselves, "I can't do that" or "who am I to want that" or "I'm too busy" or whatever. So our lives stay in status quo and our dreams get put on the back burner.

I've been there. Whenever I hit a bump or a negative thought, I keep envisioning what I want: I see me speaking to audiences, being a guide and a mentor to peoploe who want more for themselves. I imagine what that will feel like and I let the excitement wash over me.

You wouldn't have desires and your dreams if you weren't supposed to be bringing them to life. They are in your heart for good reason. It is OK to be a dreamer. They start businesses.
